We are a small, family run, independent landlord based near Cardiff who pride ourselves on letting quality student accommodation directly to tenants throughout the Cathays area.

With over fifteen years experience and only six properties to manage, we are able to offer a highly personal, hands-on service and actively encourage students to talk to us directly prior to and during the course of their stay. This means you will never feel like 'a pebble on the beach' as you may with bigger landlords and any queries or issues are dealt with swiftly.

We are accredited landlords and all of the properties are HMO licensed and regulated. They have all been purchased specifically for student accommodation and are in prime locations around the Cardiff University catchment area. They are maintained to a high standard by our carefully selected team of builders, plumbers and other maintenance personnel who will respond quickly to any problems you may encounter during your stay.
