How can we arrange a viewing?

Call or e-mail us by clicking here and we will arrange to meet you at the property at a convenient date and time to show you around.

Do you let individual rooms?

No sorry, we only offer the properties on an assured short hold, joint and several tenancy basis. Nearly all our tenants are groups of friends who are looking to live together during their time at university.

How is the rent payed?

You can set up a direct debit, pay us cash or post dated cheques etc. on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis. We really don't mind.

Apart from the rent are there any other charges?

Not to us no. There are no setup fees but we do ask for one months rent as a bond which is placed with the deposit protection service www.depositprotection.com. They are an independent organisation set up by the government to safeguard the deposit throughout the period of the tenancy and to repay the funds to the appropriate parties on its conclusion.

Can we store items in the property before we move in?

We are always happy to store items in advance but this will depend on any restoration work that may be taking place at the property over the summer.
